In Cookie AutoDelete settings uncheck 'Enable Cleanup Log and Counter'.In Privacy Badger settings enable 'Prevent WebRTC from leaking local IP address'. Also get a free VPN CyberGhost or Browsec.Both are available as extensions from the Chrome Web Store. For a privacy based search engine use GIBIRU (also found at the Google Web Store. Install the free version of Avast for your anti-virus. For a disk cleaner/pc optimizer use the free version of Wise Care 365 or CCleaner. The Windows firewall should be good enough. There you have it,a secure browser,an anti-virus,a firewall, a disk cleaner,a VPN,and a secure search engine.
