    A Brilliant designer, a genius at innovation, and a very gifted artist.

    The only designer I can think of who had a running contract with couture houses for 50 years.

    Took the House of Chanel from near obscurity, and turned it around to be the most prestigious fashion Center.

    I'd be thrilled if I could lay my hands on his outstanding sketch books.

    They are a work of art.
