Why are guys always ending their relationship with me?
People, including the guys I date say how nice I am and how pretty.
Thing is I just tend to get walked over and treated badly.
What am I doing wrong?

Yeah, a lot of girls have that problem. The first time the guy doesn't call when he said he would, or doesn't show up, they make excuses for him because they want to believe that he really cares. Then they keep on putting up with bad treatment. YOU have to make it clear that you won't put up with being treated badly. If they keep you waiting, leave and find something else to do. If they don't call, make plans with friends. They'll respect you more.

The most obvious answer is you pick the wrong guys. If a guy is a jerk...no matter how cute he is....he will still be a jerk.

It sounds like you might be attracted to the bad guys. Bad guys use girls for awhile and then they like to move on to another girl. Bad guys just use girls for sex and it feeds their egos.
