    Why in the world would they be that idiotic? They have very little in way of natural resources. Almost none of the most important natural resource for an industrialized country. FRESH WATER!!!!

    Most of their water for Southern California is coming from Nevada and in short supply.

    Very doubtful. However even if the state decided to split into three states the U.S. Congress has to approve of this and that
