In today's Universities, which postmodern thinkers' views are taught in today's humanities courses?

The issue is: They do Not think about what truly is modern. Inted they indoctrinate students in Marxist Socialist ideals and reject true debate. That is Old School, not modern.

Modern is Independence, coupled with responsible and ethical behavior so All responsible and ethical people can pursue what is good for them and their associates since they will be granting that Same opportunity and choice to everyone regardless of sex, ethnicity, religion, race, perceived social status, etc.
