What is Yahoo Answers doing to prevent Russian trolls from fomenting distrust and antagonism among Americans?

Noticed this question "Trump ran on helping the middle class, his budget cuts 1,7 trillion from social programs, how will that help the middle class?" in Yahoo Answers. The "1,7 trillion" stood out like a sore thumb. Americans, real ones, don't use the comma as a decimal point. We use the point as in 1.7 trillion.

So who's submitting the question pretending to be an American? And what's Yahoo doing to protect us from Russian trolls?

Good spotting. A lot of people apparently don't know that Europeans use a comma where we use a decimal point. I missed that one, myself. It's very clear that there are still Russian trolls on here trying to start trouble and get us mad at each other.

It's Catch 22 situation. I'm sure someone at Yahoo is doing whatever they can to combat this situation. But don't have faith or comfort in such a belief. No one really knows especially when you throw in the usual hacks an troll that only serve to make it much worse.

By selling more AK15's to the youth of America.

Trump supporters only care about themselves and their bank accounts.

In other words, us average Americans are screwed by the alt-rights in power now.

As usual, Democrats will have to come in a clean things up.

資料來源: I'm not a troll of any kind, I'm just a pissed off American and don't need Russians to piss me off. In fact, piss on Putin and his boyfriend Trump. Trump needs to sanction the crap out of Russia. Unfortunately, it's the average working Russian who will suffer because of their strong arm Mafioso, so-called "elected" officials,,,,,,,, like our scumbag Washington Congress and their forked tongues who piss me off most..!!! Selling more advertising, since the Russian bots are drivng up Usership here.........which is what any website wants.......

more hits........to sell those numbers to advertisers for more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ .

Don't you understand? Most sites RELY on trolls to create the endless message traffic.

That's why most sites don't DO a damn thing about them. They WANT the mental patients that spend 24-7 here.

    Drives up usership.......get it ?

If you can let a Russian Toll sway your opinion on who to vote for you or anyone else has serious problems. It's okay for the conservatives or liberals parties to sway your opinion but not the Russians. The United States has been swaying opinion in may countries for over 100 years. But that is okay, but not for others to do it to us. It is not Yahoo job to watch over what you say as long as you ask a civil question and give civil answers. You have to judge on your own based on many facts not just Yahoo. Especially Yahoo.

I see what you are saying about the comma, but that might just be a typo from an older person suffering from Parkinson’s Disease. The notion that there are 1.7 trillion Americans on welfare could only have come from Nancy Pelosi. So there you have it: Pelosi is s Russian spy.

Could be a typo. The comma and period are right next to each other on the QWERTY keyboard we Americans use.
