How is the following answer a violation of the Answers Terms of Service?
"You're right. And had the deplorables concentrated on fixing that part of the ACA instead of repealing it, you wouldn't be paying those higher premiums now. Meanwhile more people have signed up for ACA this open period than ever before. So something is working."
As an update. I did the appeal. And it came back denied as the answer violated the Terms of Service. Has anyone actually read the TOS. It's long and arduous reading, filled with legalese. And their reason for denying the appeal was "Violates TOS." I even had to figure out what TOS stood for. What term in that TOS did this answer violate?

My guess is someone didn't like your answer and reported you to shut you down. I have had THAT happen to me more than once. You can appeal, but I have NOT had a lot of luck with that route.

It's not a violation of the Terms of Service. Someone just reported it that way, and that is why you got that particular notice back.
(And at the moment, saying more people have seemingly signed up for the ACA is a bit of a misnomer. More people HAVE signed up for the ACA than at this time during the last sign-up period, but not in total as of yet. And the reason why more have signed up so far could be because the sign-up period has been shortened. Anyone can take any argument and spin it, as is being done here.)
I'll also take exception to your use of the description "deplorable's." You don't win arguments (or voters) by insulting them merely because they have a difference of opinion with you. Whether the ACA is a good thing or a bad thing is a matter of opinion, not outright fact. It is a great thing for some people and a terrible thing for others. Anyone who thinks it is bad and wants to end it, should not automatically be labeled "deplorable." You could say slavery was a bad thing, but we should have tried to fix it before we ended it.

That is an excellent answer. I like it. It seems that there are changes being made to yahoo answers. Who knows what the new rules and regulation are. I got a violation of an answer that wouldn't even post because the question had already been removed. In addition, it had been reduced to a single sentence.

This is very simple. Appeal it. Remain courteous in your appeal simply say please take another look at this answer. the question asked ....... and this answer is responsive to the question. Thank you very much for your consideration. Bet ya the appeal works.

It's not. You should have received an email informing you of the alleged violation. That email has instructions to appeal the deletion of your comment or question. A Yahoo mod will review the situation and make a decision. If they decide in your favor the comment or question will be reinstated, and the person who reported you will lose influence in the reporting system.

I signed up for Obamacare next year, and my monthly premium went down $400 a month compared to last year for my family of 4. PS: answer to your question, they are butthurt cons that can't bear to have anybody tell them the truth about anything. Yes costs went up because the GOP cancelled funding for ACA.
