How much ibuprofen and Tylenol can I take together at once?

So I have mono and as a symptom I have tonsillitis, it’s so bad to the point It extreme hurts to even swallow my own saliva and I have been producing more saliva because of it so it’s not good.

I have 600mg ibuprofen I was prescribed but I also have 500mg acetaminophen tablets. I read you can salary mix the two drugs.

I was thinking of taking 1000mg of acetaminophen and 600mg of ibuprofen at the same time. Will this be okay to do?

    You didn't mention your age and that will determine the proper dosing.

    yes, that should be OK, but I would not repeat it many times.

    total daily max dose is acetaminophen: 3000 mg, IBU: 2400 mg

    and you can mix. But neither should be extended for more than a few days.

    You can only take 1 brand at a time
