Where would be a safe place to live in the USA. With what's happen in the world and this country I want to move to someplace safer.?

Just the other day I looked at a map that showed the USA in terms of safety from various disasters. You wouldn't want to leave an earthquake-prone area for one where there's a lot of crime, the water is toxic, or there are tornadoes, right?

Unfortunately, I've just cleared my history and I can't remember it. Look for an interactive map. I started looking at earthquake risk for New York City, and that's how I reached this map.

In general, you want to be away from natural disaster-prone areas (earthquake, tornadoes, hurricanes), densely populated cities likely to be targeted, military installations and bases, missile launch sites, and areas with high tech or industrial manufacturing.

There is no place safer than the United States.
