Gave grand kids new holiday outfits now, as they're with their dad's family til Jan 1, now daughter complains this is mean. Is she right?

更新:

it hurt my feelings for her to say you are doing this every time the kids go out to be with their dad's family. I just thought a nice new outfit for a two week trip might have been thoughtful. I don't know what to think.

    NO she is looking a gift horse in the mouth you gave a gift She is not nice to mock anything you gave your grand kids. they have every right to look nice no matter where they are.
