    Gurken waschen und grob raffeln. Salz und Pfeffer dazugeben. Ein bisschen Olivenöel, nach Geschmak auch grob geraffelte Baumnüsse beimischen, dann alles mit Joghurt vermischen (1.5% Fett) und mit frischem Dill garnieren.

    So haben Sie eine feine kalte Sommersuppe - wenig Kalorien und viel Vergnügen! Guten Appetit!
