Does 'format misuse' include asking a 'question' in order to post an ANSWER to a different question, due to having been blocked?
Saw this earlier, a user who was blocked from answering one question posted a question, then used 'Details' to post a blathering rant ANSWER to the other question.
Is it OK to do that? Or should that 'question' be reported? And if so, what would be the violation?
Thanks.
Odd, this question was won back on appeal, but 2 answers that were here when the question was reported are no longer appearing here. So, apologies to those users.
Thanks to all who answered.

Not sure about the being a violation part but it could be circumventing the system which is wrong and might be a terms of service one.
Personally i cannot understand why someone who is blocked would ask a fake question just to answer the question where they are blocked on.
I think i saw that question and wondered about what it was about with the ranting at and accusing someone who supposedly asked a question that was baiting them to answer but had blocked them so they couldn't.
A rant is a rant no matter what and could be reported and should be so it is not perceived to be the right thing to do.
EDIT, Found the question https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20160...

Ranting in any part of a question or answer is a "chat" violation.
Reporting is an option subject to each user's discretion.
資料來源: If I reported every single instance of "chat"... all 8 of my fingers & both of my thumbs would be gushing blood & wrapped in medical gauze. - 匿名5 年前
the one you got the ba for
it could be reported - but you'd be a ***** - this is also a call out of sorts
let it go
section needs to cool off and concentrate on rebuilding the site
you have excellent skills and a lot to contribute
you also know the answer to this
EDIT: can you clarify - was it the one you got the ba for - because your answer could be chat/flame - and if you felt strongly it was a vio - why did you answer
