Acute pain down side?

Hey ! So I'm a 13 year old girl and have been getting very sharp acute pain down my left hand side starting from the middle of underneath my belly to the middle of my left thigh and it hurts so bad I'm nearly crying. I googled it before writing this and it said I could be pregnant but I'm NOT I'm a Virgin , help ? Thanks !x

    I don't know what in the world you're reading but a pain from your belly to your leg doesn't mean you are pregnant!

    It could be any number of things from a pulled muscle to gas. If it continues, let your parents know and quit trying to diagnose yourself by looking onlinel.
