Is there such thing as a brother hood that teaches martial arts?
In 3 years I want to travel to 4 different countries away from America and master 4 different arts! I'm planning on being away for 5 years , when I come back I want to be a whole different mature person

No offense to you but I have been studying the martial arts for 48 years and do not feel i have mastered one of the several arts I have studied seriously all these years. I have two things to say about this. first you may never master even one art no matter how or where you train. Mastery is not possible with less than several decades of training. Second, If you are taught properly one martial art as it should be, you will not need more than that one style. People are under the false impression that each art is lacking something or flawed. while most schools do indeed seem to give that impression it is only because that school (not the style) are not teaching everything they are supposed to be teaching. and they could not even if they wanted to. most students spend far to little time training to be able to learn all for their style.

Kokoro is right. Within 5 yrs you still will only have a rather basic knowledge compared to true mastery which can take over 50 yrs or more.
As for a brotherhood, I've never heard of such things. Aye there is legit shoalin training. There are also academies.
You can look into the AKBAN academy if you want.

At the higher levels, the differences between systems lessens. You begin to learn and adapt, taking in information from other styles, through association and competition. Since all systems are based on human anatomy, it is inevitable to have overlap occur. We recently had a Karate Sheehan visit our TKD dojo. As a third Dan, I was fortunate to be able to attend a cross training session, where TKD and Karate were compared and used to complement each other.
I have over twenty years training. I would not master this art in another twenty.

Not going to happen. You would be lucky to master just one style of martial art in 5 years and that assumes you did nothing but train in that one style.

It takes years 4 to 5years to understand the basics, and that is the definition of a first degree black belt. It takes decades to understand a single style. It takes a life time to master a single style. A real master will be in their 60's.
If you think you can master 4 styles in 5 years you are only fooling yourself.
Edit:>
A style is only as good as the instructor and your training.
