I will move to TN, but i m thinking in buying a rv to live in until i save enough for something better.

Check the local zoning laws regarding where u can legally park it, mobile home parks charge rent for there spaces close to the cost of an apartment, you may find national parks that allow you to park for up to a month for something like $10 a day. RV gas costs are high.
Zillow.com is a listing site where you can sort by price, maybe someone has a room to rent for les.
