There are RV parks all over the state. You don't need to park on streets, public parks.

The only thing you need to stay at these parks is documentation that you own the unit and are licensed to operate it. There are fees for staying at these facilities.
If you are looking for somewhere to stay 'for free', you don't need any permits. Just be aware that there is no water/electric connection, and if the police come along and ask you to move, comply.

You can park in a RV park/resort. You will need your license and registration. You will also be required to pay a daily fee for the site, water, sewer, electric and cable...if you want cable.
