How to overcome jealousy?
I really like one of my friends( that happen to be a girl). However, she has a boyfriend. I get really jealous all of the time deep down inside of her boyfriend. We usually have really late night conversations on her porch ( her & I only). Lately, my jealousy has been building up bc she told me in a deep conversation that she has a plan with her bc to get married to her boyfriend. We are all 19 and they've been dating since they were like 14.
I am jealous bc I know I'll never have a chance with her. I am also jealous knowing that if I met her earlier that could have been possibly me with her... Idk what to do.....

Bro, you're 19 and though this may seem like the end, it is really not. It is unfortunate that she is with someone else, but sometimes the best thing to do is move on and be happy for her. I was in a similar situation in college and I wasted two years on a girl I knew I could never have. Looking back at it I hate all the time I wasted because so many other girls wanted to date me. So dont just zoom in with a microscope on her. Go out and find someone equally as amazing.

The best way to stop being jealous over her boyfriend is for you to not talk to her as much and to find somebody for yourself that likes you the same way and build your own relationship. This female friend you have is not healthy for you.
