How do i resolve this problem?

This morning my web browser Internet has started blanking out pages on me. After every 1 to 3 pages i have to clear everything for them to load. I have tried clearing cache from every method(already asked tech support). Also I checked and found out that this is affect all of my web browsers. Internet, Chrome, and newly downloaded Firefox. Samsung Galaxy s5

    I have the same phone, but do not have this problem with any browsers I have used, and I use the default browser the most.

    In your default browser, what are you Bandwidth Management settings?
