Did I give her the wrong advice?
I feel like I gave her the wrong advice..? So, one of my friends that I am interested in hinted a week ago that she wanted to be single and start seeing other guys.
I guess she was looking for verification to leave.
I feel like I f***ed up because I told her that i didn't know her relationship and sometimes you have to look within yourself to find what makes you happy... Did I f**k up?

No way. That is the best advice you could give. It was spot on. You could have told her to become single then make your move but you didn't. What you did was selfless and showed you actually care about her.
