does anyone know where does this image http://pichost.me/1852361/ originally come from?
i tried to find it on google image and cannot find the source. even NASA uses part of it here: http://www.nasa.gov/agency/nepa/catex.html
not sure if it is owned by NASA and if there is any copyright issue if we want to use it?

Looking on tineye, the image was first noticed in 2008 on a Russian website that doesn't seem to exist anymore (hcm.nnm.ru)

NASA wouldn't use a photo that they didn't either already own or didn't have permission to use. I would email the webmaster for the site asking about the image.
