What does it mean when a girl says that she feels safe around me?
The complement sort of caught me off guard considering that she has a boyfriend.. I am not expecting anything to happen I was just wondering what girls mean when they say that...?

It could mean she feels socially at ease with you. Could mean she sees you like a protective older brother. Could mean she looks at you like some sort of superhero or guardian angel. Or it could mean she likes you. Who knows? She's a girl! You'd have to ask to know for sure.

You would have to ask her what she meant by that. That's kind of a general statement. It could mean anything from she feels like you aren't after her sexually and so she can let her guard down, to you make her feel protected. Safe.
