Try controlling your blood pressure by changing your diet. Eat only fresh fruits and vegetables. Very lean cuts of meat. Cut out all dairy and processed foods. like: milk, cheese. sugar, bread, salty snacks, hot dogs, cold cuts..Eliminate "ALL" salt from your diet. Don;t eat anything fried. Take the skin off of chicken before cooking it. Eat baked or broiled fish. Don't eat anything that comes in a can or jar. The object is to eliminate all fats and salt from your diet. Then you won't need all of those medications and will regain function.
