Why does my computer make noise when the screen changes?

I noticed a long time ago but only really gotten curious about a certain noise that my computer makes.

every change on the monitor will make this noise. it comes from the case not speakers. its a very quiet and low pitched rumble. I notice it a lot when I scroll using the arrow keys on long documents or websites. I know it's not EM interference from my phone or wireless mouse and it happens every single time there is a change in the display.

更新:

so i just tested it. happens with or without battery and power supply, with speakers on mute, or full volume. and I have an SSD and it used to do it before I got the SSD so it's not the hard drive.

更新 2:

like I said, it only happens when there is a change on the screen. whenever i move the cursor, during videos, scrolling, even each letter i type however this one is harder to hear over the sound of the keys.

That would be the sound of an unusually loud hard drive.

It is likely that your computer is using a page file on the hard drive, and so whenever something changes on screen it accesses the drive (for read or write). This noise is nothing to worry about and perfectly normal.
