Go to a reputable professional piercer and see if the jewelry you have is proper for a healing piercing for them to put in there for you. If it's not see if they have glass retainers. Make sure you're keeping the piercings clean properly by doing sea salt soaks twice a day for 5-10 minutes each soak.

Please ignore Jess and never put neosporin on your piercing.

I know everyone will tell you not to use neosporin, and usually I wouldnt on any piercing but with my lip rings I did, put neosporin on the hole and on the labret and switched.. it might bleed and be crusty after but don't pick it. I also hope you have some decent jewelry because changing a healing piercing from surgical steel to a crap one is risky. Good luck.

Your best option would be to go to your piercer to have them change it out for you. It should be free of charge, but a small tip wouldn't hurt if you can afford it. That's the cleanest and quickest way to change jewelry early with minimal complications.
