I am having pain in my shoulder?

i have been having random pains in my shoulder for weeks and it's been going numb with my entire arm. it doesn't burn and i can move it, but it hurts to. are there any ideas of what it may be?

    Pain Killers ! Take some then go see a doctor.

    you should take some painkiller medicine and you should go to the doctor and consult with that and get a treatment as soon as possible.
