By what logic should illegal immigrants be given anything?
People come to this country knowingly breaking the law, drive without a license (in most states) or insurance, knowingly use false papers to get jobs and then the country is supposed to believe they will obey the law? Or is it just the laws they chose to obey? As shown by their behavior! Why should they be granted citizenship or legal residency or given any benefits?
There are many cases where they just walk away from a auto accident!

If they were cut off from any government benefits such as education, medical, welfare, housing or whatever they would deport themselves. There would be no problem spending millions to deport them.
Anyone is invited to show that anything said above is false. Unless that is done you are just making an accusation without evidence which is not a very good argument.
Wish someone would actually answer the question.

However much it costs to put up a fence, armed border police or troops ,and start deporting more illegal aliens then we're currently doing is money well spent, and will save us money in the long run.

We should not, and we wish we did not have to, but given the circumstances, there's really no better way to solve the problem.
There are an estimated 11,000,000 illegal aliens in the U.S., maybe millions more. Deporting a single one costs us, the American taxpayers, about $11,500 on average. Multiplied by 11 million that's $1,265,000,000,000,000.00. We don't have that kind of cash, not even a fraction of it; in fact, we are so deeply in debt that we maxed out all of our credit cards. That's why we just recently had the issue with raising the debt ceiling, twice. The U.S. government came very close to declaring bankruptcy.
Furthermore, if we deport about 400,000 illegal aliens per year (which is the maxiumum possible under current fiscal conditions), it would take us 27-1/2 years to deport all 11 million. We can't deport more, because that would cost money, more money for CBP and ICE agents, more money for judges, more money for detainment centers, and so on. But we don't have more money, and we, the American taxpayers don't want to pay more to deport more.
So that's the background.
That's the issue at hand: money. Enormous amounts of money!
At some end we have to realize that we can't deport them all. So instead of them working under the table, it’s better for them to pay income taxes and into SS instead and thus contribute to this country's economy. Collecting hundreds of billions of dollars instead of spending over a 1.25 trillion dollars we don't have. I’d call that a very smart move.

I find the united states reaction to illegals shocking. I have read on here time and time again how apparantly certain illegals have rights. In the Uk if you were found to be illegal after 15 years youd still be on the next flight home,.....no doubt after theyd tried taking us to the european court of human rights.

The logic is that if they're not given anything, they try to take it, or steal it
And then we wonder where the cops are when we need them

The only thing they should be given is a boot in the as* as they are escorted to the Mexico border.

I have very good parents and they came here illegally but earned their citizenship a few years ago. They aren't breaking the law and I don't see anything wrong with it. You are just being racist and making false statements about all immigrants.

Yes a free flight back to where they came from.

It's only fair considering how your country was founded/invaded/stolen by murdering genocidal illegal immigrants, you have no grounds to feel superior.
