Updating email/contacting Yahoo! Answers?
I updated my email address with Y!A close to two weeks ago. I can see the new email address in my account details. However, I keep receiving emails to my old email address, not the new one. I posted the issue on the suggestion board under "report bugs" but shoot me if I can't find it now. (I have just posted a new one; hopefully that one will stay on.---but does anyone at Yahoo! actually read these or is it just another community help board?)
Any ideas? Is there any way to contact someone at Yahoo to clear up this problem?
My new email address is the only email address, thus it is set as the primary email address. It has already been posted as a bug on the suggestion board (as noted in my initial question). Thanks for the email address. Hopefully it will work.

Did you set the NEW email address as the PRIMARY one here on Yahoo Answers? You need to check that first. It should be part of your "Preferences" on your YA profile page.
Green version: Click your avatar, click "Edit My Preferences", check "Manage Emails".
Purple version: Click "Answers Home", click the WRENCH (top right) and check there.
If you ARE set to have the new email address as your primary contact email address here, then it may be a glitch. You can post it as a BUG on the Suggestion Board or you can try emailing staff directly at y_answrs_team@yahoo.com (missing "e" is deliberate).
