Why is she so thin? Was there an illness? New Zealands will typically weigh in between 9-12 pounds. How old is she? Is she eating normally? Rabbits in general live to eat and a rabbit that is uninterested in food is not a well one. Has she been evaluated by a vet? Have her teeth been checked? You really do need to get her in and have a vet do a good look see on her to rule out health issues. I have had some rescues come in very thin but with just proper feeding have gained weight to their norm. Weight loss in rabbits can have some serious indications. Severe weight losses can result in fatty liver disease. The first thing you do need to do here is to get her into a competent vet.

Do you only feed her vegetables? They need high quality pellets and hay, that should be their main source of nutrition. Veggies are fine, but only in moderation and not as their sole form of nutrition. Give her some pellets, and lots of hay (timothy or orchard grass) and to add weight you can offer alfalfa as well as that plumps animals up but do this sparingly. You want her to gradually gain her nutrients back, so don't do too much at once.
