How Long Does It Take For Antibiotics To Work?
Got Fluxcloxacillin Capsules 500MG to help my infected toe:L. Just took 2 just now and I'm wondering how long it will take for it to help.

It takes at least 48hrs for antibiotics to kick in.
As someone else has said, complete the full course how the Doctor/Nurse has advised, and revisit if it doesn't get better.

Antibiotics are prescribed usually for a 10 day schedule. You must take them all even though you are feeling better. It takes a few days before you start feeling better once you start taking them.
