how to comment on a resolved question?
If I click comment, the comment box appears but I'm unable to type my comment or add it. What am I doing wrong?

That's one of the common glitches of the new system. The comment box doesn't always load properly. It opens as a little narrow space, and doesn't even wides as you type. It doesn't seem limited, but there is no "Submit" button. Reloading the page sometimes helps, but I have a feeling this is a glitch that just hasn't been fixed yet.

From what I can gather there is a gremlin in the system if you are using the Purple layout
