Cheap christmas present ideas for fiances grandma?

Question

I need help with an extremely budget friendly christmas gift idea for my fiances grandma. A little about her:
Shes white. She's 73 but in very very very good health. She basically raised my fiance. They have a strained relationship but me and her get along very well. She is very outspoken, very blunt. Not very religious. 
Money is tight this year and I have trouble shopping cheap so I needed help finding something worth having for a price between $15 and $25.

You can get lemons, almonds, and organges you can get at your local grocery store or farm stand. Vanilla beans you can get off Amazon.com

It is an inexpensive gift but it is something she will like plus you can personalize the bottles or jars you  use.

If she drinks, consider a bottle  of wine or liquor.  Or maybe some kind of food ... like fruit or cheese or maybe special teas or coffee.

Seniors often have limited budgets and/or don't get to the liquor store.  My grandmother loved getting wine or liquor.

Stay away from knick knacks.
