Why Has Cena Been Given A Title Shot?

Yeah I know, that guy should stay away from the WWE. And he's getting a title shot? WWE seriously needs to stop pulling this crap out of the hat...I may even rant in twitter about this controversy.

WWE hopes this will help The WWE Hell In A Cell Pay Per View draw more Pay Per View Buys in The United States. WWE Hell In A Cell of course will be going up against NBC Football Night in America and NBC Sunday Night Football. WWE Hell In A Cell may very well be going against A Major League Baseball World Series Game that night as well. Good thing, WWE is going to have Shawn Michaels there as a Special Referee too. I could also point out the obivious: 1) John Cena is an 11-Time WWE Champion; 2) John Cena is a 2-Time World Heavyweight Champion; 3) Former World Heavyweight Champions Sheamus, Christian, Rey Mysterio are still recovering from injuries.

He still number one contender for a top title as he never got a rematch for wwe title also there is no strong competition for del rio right now, it also give the world title more credibility I'm not a big cena fan however I do back this decision.

cena has been given a title opportunity because Alberto Del Rios character has become stale. Even the world heavyweight scene has become stale. If you add cena in it there will be more drama and that even though i hate cena. Also john cena always wins the wwe championship they want him to have more world title reigns.

Because he's John Cena. The Rock returned and he got a title shot as well. If Stone Cold came back and wanted a shot he'd get one too.

cena is ONLY coming back for HIAC, he's not fully healed so he'll win but then del rio will ''break'' cenas arm leading to a cash in and then cena will return at the RR

They lose money when Cena isn't there. So it would make sense for them to give Cena a World Title match.

Well for one he jobbed for bryan and lost his wwe title he never got a rematch for it so it's just he gets a title shot but if it doesn't make sense to you what about having danial bryan beat cena with one move or the fact that bryan got a title shot for no reason or the fact he is a 3 time world champion?

They ran out of top draw face superstars. And it's not like cena is gonna win. He will probably just get attacked early on and not be able to compete.

Hopefully, if Cena wins, Sandow will cash in and beat him
