Is it possible to remove the lens and replace it with prescription lens? really love the frame ?

They are huge. Each lens is 61 mm wide. + the 15 mm bridge.. That frame is almost 5 1/2 inches wide.
It will really depend on your prescription. If it is very mild, it should work , but if you have a strong prescription , there could be problems

Yes it is possible. If your prescription is -4.00 or less, but if its a +0.25 or more, the lens would be custom made because of the thickness of the lens
