Assasin's Creed 3 lags in my laptop?

I have HP Envy 6-1100se, Corei5 3317U 1.7ghz (Turbo 2.6ghz), 6GB RAM, Radeon HD 7670m 2GB, but still Assasin's creed 3 lags (in Boston stage)?

whether the game has problem or my laptop specs lacks?

Any comment would be appreciated.

    Graphics are weak. That's the reason why it's lagging. Try lowering the settings.
