None of the three (or the GSXR750. They aren't designed for a person of your size, nor are they comfortable for a 100 mile commute.
Look for a bike with a more upright riding position (more like sitting in a straight backed wooden chair.
If you want a sport bike, then look at a compromise, a sport bike engine in a bike that is made for daily riding, like the Yamaha FZ8.

You have an interesting situation to consider. Being this is your first bike, you seem to be looking at lower displacement models, which is usually a good idea for a newer rider. I am not confident a 100 mile daily commute is the best idea for your first bike however. The problem you will run into is that with your size and weight you should really be looking at something around 750 cc to keep you at highway speeds. Sure a 600 cc bike will have no problems cruising around on level ground at 80 mph, but throw a 200 lb. man on it, and a mountain road to climb, and you will quickly see the shortcomings of 600 cc displacement. I am 6'2" and 212 pounds, I learned to ride on a Honda 750. It was about the smallest bike I was comfortable on. There is a 5,000 ft. mountain on my 60 mile commute, and I could only do 70 mph up the hill, not fast enough to pass, but I could at least keep up with traffic. While you can raise or put higher shocks to accommodate your height on any bike, your weight is not so easy to change, and it will slow you down on a smaller bike for sure.
Having said that, your other issue will be comfort. You are going to be spending almost an hour and a half daily at highway speeds. Think wind, bugs, weather, and it won't be long before you start wanting a little bit bigger fairing and windshield then those bikes you listed have. I am not saying you have to go full dresser with an ugly Honda Gold Wing, or Venture Royale, but for a 100 mile commute you might want to consider a sport touring bike at least. I would be thinking Kawasaki Concours, Yamaha FJR, BMWs, Honda ST or Nt700V, Triumph Trophy. I realize cruiser bikes might not be your thing, but there are also sporty adventure bikes that are fairly comfortable on long highway rides with a little bit of dirt road capabilities such as Suzuki's dl1000 V-strom, Ducati Multistrada, Buell Ulysses, all of these would offer a more comfortable daily ride then the race bikes your interested in without giving up too much ability to own the the twisties. These are some ideas from a seasoned rider making a 60 mile commute regularly. I hope this info helps you with your decision. I wish you the best, stay safe.

Sport bikes like those are not really that good for commuting, compared to many others. Take a look at the Suzuki GS500 (Full faired or half faired models). They are good all around bikes, cheap and reliable. Personally, I would rather ride a bike where you're more upright, when riding a 100 mile trip on a daily basis. The Suzuki Bandit 600 is also a good commuter along with the Honda Hornet / CB 600, and they're good choices if you prefer inline 4's.

I ride a Vespa 150 on the freeways of Los Angeles. If you cannot ride slow you will simply crash faster and harder on a fast bike.
At 6'2" 200# you will look on a gorilla humping a football riding *any* sport or sporty bike. Doing two hour runs every five days a week will leave you in physical pain.
Do the dealers, see what fits you, then check for used models. I would suggest a Yamaha V-Star 650 Classic. Cruisers are built for comfort on long rides. Sport bikes are for playing racer.

Being your size none of them will be comfortable. The gsxr 750 is your best option here. It should have enough tq to carry you nicely, a 600 is a revver. Even being your first bike, just take it easy and you will be fine.

100 miles a day? The simple answer is buy a car. Motorcycles are tiring to ride, especially when you are a newbie.
