C, If a place is warm and humid, they will have food, and not be worried as much about survival, and so do other things with their lives, also they will spend a lot of time outside because the climate is warm.

If a place is cold and dry, there wont be much food, so people will be very concerned about survival, and spend a lot of time thinking about it, they also wont spend much time outside because of the cold weather.

(obviously, today there is a lot more food than necessary especially in countries such as the US, and so people aren't really worried about food, they still wont stay outside much if it is cold though)

Let's consider the options;

A. Do people "accept" war? Very few do. (Of course some do, but usually only when forced or when they have an economic interest in it.)

B. Do people accept famine? Of course not. (Please tell me you were never considering this one.)

C. Do people accept disease? Of course not!!!

D. Do people accept birth control. A majority of people do. Globally, as of 2009, approximately 60% of those who are married and able to have children use contraception.

lol I'm gonna go ahead and say D is the most accepted... they're all pretty effective though
