Have some Nats played out of uniform?

Official MLB rules say:

1.11 (a) (2) Any part of an undershirt exposed to view shall be of a uniform solid color for all players on a team.

I've seen both Harper and Gonzalez wearing a grey undershirt with red trim. That breaks the "solid color" required by the rules, doesn't it? During the same game, other players have worn the solid red undershirts. Doesn't that break the "for all players on a team"?

How are the Nats getting away with this?

Typically rules like this are only enforced if someone, usually the manager, from the opposing team raises an objection to the umpires.

No one looks at stuff like that, its not really breaking any rules.
