Dark Chocolate instead of cigarettes?
An addict here, i love smoking , smoked for 3 years on and off but i quit this march after i got chronic bronchitis which i have been suffering from for 4 months and counting.
I began craving for cigarettes again so i really want something that can replace the habbit
Any healthy alternatives ? Is dark chocolate on a daily basis okay?

yes dark chocolate has a number of health benefits in modest amounts, as with anything though to much is still to much

Are you smoker great........Are you sure you want to quit. First and the most important is mind control and reducing the availability. If these are possible you will be quiting soon.
Other method is effective for some. As you know cigarett contains nicotine instead of smoking some medical companies have introduced pills so when you feel to smoke you just have the pill thereby reducing the sideeffects of smoking. Only nicotine enters which itself is addictive but try to lower on the daily basis ...you will do so because you wont like pills .
But self control is the best medicine.

Most people fool themselves that they are only smoking a few cigarettes; hard to imagine you will only smoke 4 per day. However other health factors play into the mix. Do you live in a major city with lots of smog? Do you live near a busy highway? Do you drink or have other vices? These activities can easily add up to the equivalent of a few cigarettes a day.There is also an age component... risk increases significantly with age... If you have poor teeth; this is often a key indicator for cancer risk.
