Divorce paperwork to save when ex dies?
My divorce was finalized 6 years ago, and my ex-husband died 3 years ago. What, if any, paperwork should I save? Note that he had no assets, our children are aging out of the Social Security survivor payments, and he never paid spousal support. Actually, I did, which was ironic - since he was out of work because he refused to look.
