我知加拿大那 2 間是 colleges. 只因英文不濟, consultant 才建議先入讀這些學院的foundation 或 U.T.P. ( 您說的對, 不獨浪費金錢, 時間亦然 )
所以才請教大家那間較好

Just one thing to let you know, both 2 of them in Canada are college, they are not university. Also, there is no point to spend so much money to go to that far to study college only, I 'd suggest you to consider university, if possible.
