How can i get my hair like this?

I have been wanting to lighten up my hair for a few months now, especially now since summer is coming. My hair is the same texture as her hair, and i have the same skintone, but my hair is somewhat shorter than her's though. How could i lighten up my hair to that color?

Wow so pretty <3 Idon't't really know if you can do that yourself but you could try a highlighting kit or go to a salon and see what they say, but that could be pricey.. and just a warning; how the previous girl said to use the JF go blonde spray, since you have black/brown hair, it will mess up your hair. You need a lightening spray for BRUNETTES, if you decide to do that :) Hope i helped

orrr you can do john frieda go sheer blonde spray :)
or other lightening sprays
