what shold I buy? Xperia tipo? HTC Desire C? HTC Explorer? or HTC Wildfire S? Please suggest me the best one?
Please help me, I am very confused. Mentioning the difference.

Camera doesn't matter for me. Point of concern for me is "Touch is the most important", "Should be Fast", "OS", "Screen Resolution", "Battery", "reliability" .

Out of the "tipo" and the "c" the better call is the "c". unless you really want "Scratch-resistant glass" and finally HTCs are more reliable.

Sony xperia tipo is extra useful cuz it has extra useful cpu n inner memory than htc explorer ,additionally it has ics yet none have 1ghz cpu ,so plz confirm to decide for a 1ghz processor telephone for extra useful performence!!!!
