Painful burning spot on wrist when touched?

So i basically have this one spot on my right wrist that is very painful just from touching it. Its at the top of my wrist on the outside about the size of a nickle. Its been bugging me for a while at first it was just painful if i hit it very lightly like if i got into a pool and water hit it but now it shoots pain just when i touch it. Its like a burning pain and its tender but there are no noticable bumps or redness on the area. It doesnt hurt when i move my wrist only if i put the slightest presure on the specific spot. Just wondering what it might be. Any ideas? Its been bothering me for about 2 years but as i said its progressivly gotten worse.
