Sore muscles in lower butt, upper legs during pregnancy?
Its not my tailbone, not the gluteus muscles, not the lower back. It's more in between the top of my legs and the bottom of my bum. Feels like i went on a long bike ride...(ladies who use the bike at the gym would understand this pain) When i sit for long periods of time (at work) it is SO painful when i get up. What is going on here? any relief ideas or will i just have to deal for 4 more months?

It could be your sciatic nerve. Sounds like about the right place where it would hurt. Really common to have problems with this during pregnancy, since the growing baby is putting pressure on places where previously no pressure existed. I had sciatica both times, and ironically what helped the most was moving around. Always seemed to loosen it up and make it feel better (without doing anything strenuous to aggravate it, of course). If I sat for long periods, it had the opposite effect - it would get worse and I'd feel stiff.
