Acer Aspire One D255 displays White Screen threw bios and even after windows loads. External works.?

Question

After doing a lot of research on the topic, and considering the screen is white and not black (back light related) my first thought was inverter, not sure if this model has one. A lot of people are talking about a corrupt bios, but I'm thinking if that was the problem it would post. If anyone has seen this please chime in.
