Depends on what I 've got on at the time.

Jeans and boxers maybe - yes

Boxers under say chino shorts - no

Briefs under whatever - maybe depends on where I am and the need to pee. If it was just a quick leak - no

But if I really needed a big pee then I unbuckle jeans and lift out - Like not out the leg of briefs.

I do for certain activities but the majority of guys do not use the fly. The reason it is still included as part of the overall look and style is mostly because consumers would notice its absence regardless of whether they use the fly, and would lose the confidence in the brand or feel negatively towards them without knowing why. Its one of those things guys expect to see on their underwear as a symbol of stability/consistency. I won't wear briefs that don't have a real fly front ever. Im sure they are good briefs without the fly, but they aren't right to me in my mind. Simple psychology.
