Transferring from a school to another.?

First of all, I'm studying Tourism for 1st year college in FEU currently, but I have a plan to transfer to the other school.

I still doubt if I would be a first year college student again once I transferred to the other school even though I would just take the same course next year.

So... Is there anyone that can tell me 'bout the information of transferring? Would I still be a 1st year student again or continually be the 2nd year student?

    Well that all depends on the University you have your eyes on. Why did you study in FEU if you're considering other schools in taking up Tourism? That is what confused me. Just what I stated earlier it depends on the policy of the University, better ask those infos directly to them. :)
