I get quite heavy nose bleeds almost daily!!?

Hey guys,

I get nose bleeds almost every day. I had this at the begginging of the year - it stopped in early march but came back last week.

My dad had it when he was a child and my older brother did too but he had it much worse than I do.

I am 13 but wanted to know what may cause this and if there was anything I could do to stop it?
