Please advice the email boxes that do not need Authentication and Secure Connection (SSL)

I am looking for the email boxes that shall meet following conditions:

1. This email box will offer POP3 and SMTP for email sending and receiving. That means it is possible to use Outlook for email receiving and sending.

2. The email box does not need Authentication. That means it does not need to enable “Outgoing Main Server ___ My server requires Authentication” in Outlook.

3. The email box does not need Secure Connection (SSL). That means it does not need to enable “___This server requires a secure connection (SSL)” in Outlook.

By the way, fully understand the famous email boxes such gmail, hotmail, yahoo etc. Unfortunately, these email boxes have Authentication and Secure Connection (SSL). Please do not waste time to mention again!
