What is the easiest vegetable to grow?

Tomato... onion.... chillies...

okra .. i agree cucumbers to, radishes are easy but temp and time planted sensitive so unless your ground is prepared and conditions are prime time i wouldnt waste my time .. real success on anything usually boils down to preparing a good spot preparing the soil right and then setting up an automatic watering system ect .. just tossing stuff in the ground generally doesnt work out well unless you have a naturally very fertile spot in the yard, a good example is a septic drain field in some yards .. usually you can work in a cucumber seed or two and a couple of okras and forget about them .. you have to keep stuff picked also, which is a daily chore when they start producing, or they wont produce for very long ..

Radishes

Someone who's paralyzed from the neck down is a very easy vegetable to create. Just throw someone down on a concret or cement road head first, or just twist their neck til it snaps. Congratulations, you have just made a vegetable.

Radishes and Swiss chard. Both will germinate in a few days and be ready to eat in a few weeks.

Beans are easy. I planted beans and hardly watered them. They grew so much and they climbed everywhere.
